Bringing You to Balance: Daily and Seasonal Rhythms to Harmonize Your Life

IMG_1995

The sun rises. The sun sets. The moon waxes and wanes and the seasons turn from winter to spring, summer to fall. You work and you rest. You pray in stillness and work in motion. You wake and you sleep and you wake again.

There is a rhythm to this life. All of creation shares in it. Yet in the busyness and dailiness of our lives it is easy to feel disconnected and out of snyc. When the rhythms of our day and the rhythms of life are not in balanced alignment a host of issues can arise: fatigue, aches and pains, digestive issues and sleep disturbances, deep feelings of depression, disconnection and spiritual vacancy.

When our daily rhythms of sleeping, eating, working, resting, praying and playing are aligned with the natural pulsation of life vibrant energy reappears, aches and pains dissapate, digestion clears and sleep is more restful. We feel more connected to ourselves, to Spirit and to the world around us. We learn and begin to know that we are an important instrument in the rhythms of the world. Through better health and greater spiritual connection we find balance and vibrancy in our daily lives.
